No shipping to the German islands. 
Customs clearance: 

We will ship the goods duty unpaid. Customs clearance will be taken over by the carrier. Additional costs may be incurred for this, which will be invoiced to you directly by the carrier. 

These costs are not part of the delivery costs and cannot be shown by us. 

 We do not ship outside Europe. 

 If the delivery is made abroad, further customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. 

The customer is advised to enquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing the order. 
 Any cash on delivery charges are to be added to the payment costs, not the delivery costs. 

 Indicated delivery times to foreign countries may be extended if any customs or tax procedures have to be completed before shipment can take place, such as export declarations, etc. 

 Payment from Germany: 

All payment methods are available to customers from Germany, such as invoice, direct debit, Paypal or cash on delivery and via credit card. All payment methods except invoice are processed via the service provider PayPal. 

 Payment from Austria and Switzerland: 
Customers from Austria and Switzerland can currently pay via Paypal, direct debit and Sofortüberweisung, as well as by credit card (via PayPal Plus). 

Direct debit is realised via Paypal, to what extent Paypal offer direct debit in your country, you can find out at Paypal. 

 Payment methods Europe: Customers from other European countries can currently pay via Paypal and credit card (via Paypal Plus). In some other European countries, instant bank transfer is also possible; this is then offered accordingly at the checkout.
